Intel 12th gen cpu built question

Hi. I hope this is the right section to ask.

With the 12th gen intel proc, I’m a bit excited to build a cpu (spoiler alert: I’m a macbook fag long time lol don’t flame me)

One of the attraction to me is the intel integrated graphic processor, which mean i could live without a graphic card? Please correct me if I’m wrong. And apart from some good review on the 12th gen compared to the criticized 11th gen, as well as the new DDR5 companion

I’m not a gamer (maybe i would play some game) but I’m more into looking for a smooth and reliable pc for some work stuff. My works sometime related to some heavy analysis run, which mostly rely on ram but good cpu is desired.

Now I’m leaning towards core i5 after looking at some review. One question i would like to ask is 12400 vs 12600 variant.. the former is cheaper of course, but anything should i know before i regret for not getting the 12600 variant?

Also any advise regarding cpu built is welcome. I also do think about maybe building intel 10th gen cpu instead, considering they are cheaper now. (Also maybe look for used parts in garage sell). Something like getting a used i9 10th gen, slap in 32 or 64gb ddr4 ram.. but then i would need a graphic card which will add more cost? Any advise is highly appreciated and thanks in advance

- this phone just back from SME warranty claimed, i found 1 small dot of dead pixel on the screen hence claimed warranty.
- NEW SCREEN. this is the most expensive part of the phone, so with new screen this phone will go extra mileage for sure
- NEW BATTERY. i asked samsung service to change new battery at once, paid RM200 for it. Another assurance this phone will go extra mileage. The used battery will be given too as spare. The old battery still got slightly less than 90% health last time i check, so still good for usage
- new frame (side bezel). Samsung change this as part of their service. So you will not find a single hairline scratch on it

- the UV sterilizer/wireless charging station is brand new sealed box. I never use

Hi sifus. I got a question

A CIEM was meticulously crafted and tuned by the manufacturer, and often expensive..

But second hand CIEM required to be reshelled. But if we use 3rd party reshell service, will it come out to be the same in terms of sound quality? For examples, if we take a vision ear ciem, ask our local reshell service to reshell, will it still sounds the same as how ve created it? Or, will it sounds different

whatsapp data transfer between iOS and Android has long been a nightmare to many end users, making us unable to switch between iphone and android phones easily. fact is most of us nowadays rely heavily on whatsapp even for works, with years of valuable information stored in the chat history, losing it will be a nightmare.

the only solution to migrate between os is via a third party software, and they are all paid software nothing free. Dr. Fone software is excellent, I've done mine successfully.

i still got this old apple airport time capsule 2tb. still working reliably all these years. now thinking to upgrade the drive to bigger space, anyone know how to do this? for a noob, it is save to DIY? on my noob brain, i think just open, disconnect the old drive, then slap in a new one.. please advise if that is not that simple.. anyone offer service to do this? thanks in advance

I keep seeing similar bunch of ppl around (in fact lesser active nowadays). Implies this scene is dying? Or on a positive side, it has just become a norm? Like everyone will at least buy a decent headphone whether or not you dwell into audiophile world, as decent headphones are common nowadays for mass market. And many realized decent is good enough.. how, do you find is it harder to sell you expensive headphone nowadays?
