            <title>Alam Impian (Pentas V3) - A New Chapter Begins</title>

            <description>Alam Impian sits on 1,235 acres of elevated land in Shah Alam, Selangor. It is one of the few remaining areas left in the Klang Valley offering a vast piece of land to be developed. Launched in 2006, the township will offer a total of 10,000 homes for a population of 50,000 upon completion. In addition, a 14.7km Lebuhraya Kemuning – Shah Alam (LKSA) highway is now partially open, linking the township to KESAS Highway and Federal Highway. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Alam Impian is another testament to Island &amp;amp; Peninsular’s constant innovativeness in township development. The township will be akin to the largest platform for the arts with features such as installation art pieces in designated areas, landscape and street art, graffiti walls, an art gallery, linear parks, an amphitheatre and a 31-acre central town park. These features are aimed at inviting and involving the residents with arts activities and appreciation. Together with distinctive arts features, the township also offers modern facilities and the many trappings of modern living. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To carry the ‘Arts’ theme, homes in Alam Impian are also designed with art in mind. We have bungalows, semi-detached homes, double-storey link homes, townhouse, apartments commercial lots and shop lot. The units will be built within precincts with controlled access points for security. Streets will be installed with decorative art pieces as well as creative street furniture.             <description>There are so many threads discussing on past, existing and future project, but I just curious which Taman (which project / phase / launching) has achieved the highest in capital appreciation (Since 2000)?&lt;br /&gt;I am referring to residential landed / condo / service apartment only..&lt;br /&gt;Anyone can share share yr research?</description>
