Profit Sharing in a company

Dear Sifu/Taikor/Brother & Sister,

My friend ask me to quit job and he employ me in his new business and slowly "give" me company share...
but the "catch" is he said i don't have company share now and will only give it to me by giving me 10% net profit sharing yearly(net profit after tax) and can only then use the profit sharing to purchase his company share.(which he allocate a 10% to purchase) (which i understand i cannot use my own money to buy his company share too)

My question that i really need some light:

1) Is profit sharing based on P&L Statement ? Or income statement(Is income statement same with P&L per say?) Or Balance sheet or any other statement?
2) Will new purchase of asset for example warehouse/shoplot/inventory affect the P&L and then my friend use reason to declare P&L is not earning, hence lower gross profit, and lower net profit as well as lower taxation? Which mean i get lower profit sharing and forever no chance to buy the 10% company share,..

Really thankful for all the sifu/taiko/brother sister help!

How to do e-filing fulltime employee & part biz?

Help guys! If i am an employee for a company and i do part-time business (registered as sole-proprieter) , should i do e-filing for part time business and if yes which borang? Borang e-be (tiada punca perniagaan) or borang be (ada punca perniagaan)?

I tried borang be but it says: ""Anda telah menukar jenis borang dari e-BE kepada e-B. Semua maklumat pendapatan dan HK-6 (sekiranya ada) akan dihapuskan.
Sila klik OK untuk teruskan atau klik BATAL untuk membuat pilihan e-borang yang lain.""

Stay in own condo fr 7 months

Hello guys,

Need some serious advic here, ive been staying in my own newly completes condo for 7 months (with airconds,washing machine and dryer) and my TNB bill only rm3 a month...

I suspect the tnb meter has been installed wrongly and switched with my neighbours as they have not moved in but tnb meter roll faster and more...

My question is, if i do not report this to my management, what is my liability? Since i 'do not' know what happened?

Or what should i do... i worry big huge bills...
