[WTA] Recommendation for modem router

Hi guys, this is my first post in this section. I'm looking for a good modem router for my streamyx 4mbps (separate or combine in one also can) within the budget of RM200. My requirement is the QoS must be able to do the bandwidth limit.

Previously bought 2 modems (TP-link w8961n and D-link DSL-2750E) both also cannot do the QoS i mentioned. Not to mention that the TP-link disconnects and reboots by itself every 15 mins or so for whatever reasons. This is frustrating for me as my housemates are constantly streaming/downloading and the internet speed is really too slow.

Item(s) conditions: Used by a girl user and carefully taken care of. Applied screen protector + back casing since day 1 of using until now. Tempered glass has cracks on it, you will have to replace a new one by yourselves. No dead screen pixels and no any big problem. The power button is a little bit over sensitive when you press on it, but it's functioning well. Battery still in good condition, standby time can last around 2 days. Outlook 7.5/10, normal wear and tear.
