So few months ago, i have started as a reseller for a service & earning for monthly is good but i just discover that the seller is 50% to 80% is cheating customers. So i have stopped selling the service since they are cheating and i do not want to be like them cheat customer money.

So i am testing and work hard on own instead of being a reseller, so i wont cheat customer money but after worked hard few months and put so much hope onto it i bought hardware and software to work it out and at the end only know that the project is not workable or the cost is already over than earning price.

I have put so much hope onto it and thinking if it works, i can actually resign and have a good monthly income so i can save more and buy house and finally have financial freedom.

Since knew that the project is not workable, these 2 days also start to have nonsense and scary dreams like running around just not to get caught by zombies or strangers who want to catch me and do something bad to me. I very long time no dream of this kind of dreams.

Now feels like back to lifeless life and i lost a lot in stock due to pandemic, is like 6 figures and thought of can earn back with reselling service, but if wan sell then means cheat people money and i do not want that. But i still many people reselling, they are like do not care of cheating people's money, they just want to earn money.

Life is so hard...

Now thinking need go daily from Mon to Fri to work from 9 to 6pm and cant be rich, makes me so sad and wonder what is life again..

I know i cant give up just like that..i just post here to vent my frustration and have somebody to talk to..

I'm just curious can employer have an offer letter like that in Malaysia Labour Law.

1. The offer letter that i signed stated that if i resign from my current company, i would not allow to work at current company's competitors for 2 years. Is this legal?

2. HR implement rules that if employee are late than 9.30am, e.g. 9.31am, the staff will get half day annual leave deducted. (you can go walk around till lunch only come back). Is this legal?

Planning to go langkawi on next month then i saw this site https://mylangkawideals.com/contact-us/.
The weird thing is their address is stated in KL but their people is at Lagnkawi? I have emailed them 2 emails initially and they replied like after 2-3 days for 1 email...
Then for the 3rd email i was asking how to contact them to deliver the car to me as well as asking for their address at langkawi but is been like 4 days but they still haven't reply me.
Is this a SCAM? Or their Customer Service too bad?

Anyone rent a car from them before?

Wanted to buy a house (condo/apartment) Rm500,000(NEW) at age of 26-27 since loan tenure is 30 years means
need to pay installment till age of 56-57. I aim to have 2-3 bed rooms and about 900-1000 Sq Feet. Not for investment but for ownself living.

The thing is there are two ways in my mind,how much down payment you will pay?
Money for renovation/furnishing not included

A: You choose to pay only 10% down payment=Rm50,000
Loan= Rm450,000
Interest Rate(4.55%)
Loan Tenure=30 years
Monthly installment= Rm2293

Plan to rent out 2 rooms

B: You choose to pay Rm250,000 as down payment
Loan=Rm250,000
Interest Rate (4.55%)
Loan Tenure= 30 years
Monthly installment=Rm1274

Might rent or not renting out rooms when getting old coz actually i dont really like staying in a house with many people.

Thing is my friend keep telling me if he have rm200k,he will buy 3 houses,but dont he think he will have more liabilities? Renting to people...scare they will damage furniture and so on and scare they dont wan pay installment and blah blah..so annoying

Some of my friends said that only bank's personal loan is legal and licensed, others such as private personal loan even though not from "ah long"(triad) like companies with their company name stated sdn bhd is all fake and illegal?
