Selling property from overseas

i am currently working in europe and i have a new apartment that i want to sell in KL.

i can only be in KL for a few weeks at most.

does anyone know how i could go about doing this from overseas? i don't mind outsource to agent to find buyers. i just hope able to complete the necessary paperwork in the few weeks that i will be back.

or is it even possible for me to sign some paper to give authority to my family member in KL to complete the deal on my behalf?

counter offer a staff

one of my staff has just had a discussion with me and told me she wants to resign. she worked in the company less than a year and says the reason she wants to leave is because of better salary. apparently, the company is 'underpaying' her the current salary that she accepted. she has an offer in hand which is 20-30% more than her current salary.

she's not a superstar worker, and its not a big disaster to the work if she leaves. i'm just a bit lazy to go through the hassle of hiring a replacement, so the easier option is just to pay her what she wants. problem is, i think she is asking too much too fast and have not exactly proven herself that she is good in her work.

if i do go ahead with the counter offer, what is the best way to protect the company?

selling and buying house at the same time

hi.. im new here

currently i own a house which market value around 600k. outstanding loan around 350k

planning to sell off this place and buy another house. around 1 mil.

i don't have much spare cash at the moment. so i need to sell my current place first to raise the funds of around 250k gross. after that, i should have at least 200k nett to downpayment 10%-20% of the new place.

problem is it will take around 2-3 months for me to get the money. once i get it, it will take another 2-3 months to complete a new deal. and maybe it will take more time if need to do reno, etc. but i probably have to give the keys to my current house new owner.

any suggestion on what is the best to do if you were in my shoes?
