Hye....currently my weight is 74kg and my height now is 163cm...i used to go to gym a lot last time...and achieved 63kg almost reached my goal of 59 kg...but with a shift job and a girlfriend that is always concerned bout how i eat...but the eating has become overeating and the shift job has made me took a lot of junk food..but now i realise that my body is a bit heavy and i cant do most of the activity like last time....but now the problem is i dont really have enough time to exercise and my sleep was also disturbed...hope that someone can give me an idea of 20minutes effective workout and how to cook or buy the healthiest food which is not so expensive...my target is to lose 1kg per month...and my daily normal calorie burn is about 1650kcal..tested with fitness concept free weight analyzer....please help me..i dont want to get married looking like this and also with a health like this...as for changing job...i ll have to wait for another 2years...as my study is sponsored by my company....please help me

i started using since may 2010...i signed for a business plan which allows me to use the internet and also the calls for a monthly commitment of 150/month...so, on 10th of may my contract have ended but digi doesnt call for a renewal of contract or anything so i thought that i should go and settle my bills and terminate my contract but i already have to pay extra 225 and they said that it is for june and now it is accumulated to 452 because i didnt have the money to pay digi at the last time and now i cant terminate the line before settling my payment...i dont think its fair because im not even using the number anymore..please suggest to me what can i do...

please help me

hye...i have been wif my gf for almost a year already but my gf's ex still doesnt wanna let her go..but im fine wif that coz i believe in my gf..n i thought that the harsh word n everything will slowly go away..but it have become worst lately...the guy tried to threatened my gf and for me i think this guy is really dangerous..but he was smart to only talk on the phone when he threatened my gf...but when he message...it will sound very nice n polite...i felt really helpless now..fight wont solve the problem..please just give an educated method for this situation...
