PS3 unable to load game

When I put the disc into the PS3, it was unable to load and the player make some noise like having problem with the disc...

what is the problem? can anyone advice? where do I send for repairs please?

i have tendered my resignation with a month notice which is required in my contract, but my boss wanted me to serve a 2 mth notice since he cannot find a replacement within this short time. but my new job can't wait that long. what will you do? btw, my relationship with my boss is quite ok.

Indonesia is a major part of Datsun’s plans. “Nissan is bringing new jobs and new vehicles to Indonesia. We are going to expand our production capability and offer a new and exciting product line here,” Ghosn added in a statement.
