Guys.

House still yet to get key and by next two month developer will have to pay LD to the owner.

Right now, construction stage around 70%.

Based on SnP, payment need to be pay to developer as follows
Balance 15% during VP/handover key
Balance 10% 6 month after VP
Balance 5% two years after VP

Home loan agreement mentioned that loan will be fully disburse after two years of construction period / GPP.

For withdrawal of EPF account 2 on loan reduction, the withrdawal can only take place right after GPP/construction period or need to wait two years after VP?

Hi guys. Would like to get some thought from the expertise in property investment.

I bought an undercon 2 storey house at klang valley. Strategic location.

Loan - 530k
Snp - 590k
Current market price - 630k

Just bought the house mid 2017. If i'm not mistaken, for me to sell less than 5 years house, there will be a rpgt and bank penalty to be impose.

I dont know how much will the rpgt and loan penalty be..but, should i sell the house now or wait another 5 years until the market value increase?
