Motherboard with integrated VGA?

Hi..
My fren ask me to build new rig for him..
The budget is quite low that is Rm 800..

So here is the spec I made :

AMD athlon x2 245 = RM 187
WD 320 GB = RM 118
Kingston 2GB DDR 1066 = RM 72
Liteon 24x DVDRW = RM 75
Casing = I dunno yet

The problem is motherboard.. He say just build first the pc without graphic card.. As he got low budget.. Nnnti he dpt gaji he will upgrade slowly all the gc and ram..

Another problem is he also wan to play game such as dota and fifa online 2 without gc..

So can recommend me motherboard that has integrated VGA?
I look at the Asus M4A88T/USB3 = RM 325..
It has integrated Radeon 4250 on the mb..

Did u all know other mb that offer integrated VGA with lower price?

Max volume for Edifier M3300?

Guys.. I was just curious..

Usually I play some songs with 1/2 of the volume on the remote..
And the sound was very loud and I see the bass driver it was shaking like it wanna broke off..
And I touch at the back of the subwoofer and it was quite hot..
Is it normal?

I scare I will burn my speakers away lor..
What is the safest volume to play songs? 80/100?
Is it safe to turn max volume?

The speakers is an old model one.. So hard to find.. Does is still manufactured?

The Gigabyte also is good but it is rm 80++ expensive than the Asus
