Hi all, i just got offer for J41 mechanical engineer position for ministry of health. Problem is i do not know whether to accept or not as currently i am confortable with my current job On private sector. Will like to ask fellow sifu here:

1. What is the pro and cons of working with public sector compared to private sector.

2. What is the scope of works for mechanical engineer for MOH.

3. What are the benefit/allowance is entitle for J41

4. What is the career prospects for this job in term of career growth and promotion.
