Issue with loan officer

I had recently submitted my documents for a housing loan application to a bank loan officer. It's has been 2 weeks already with no news. I called the officer asking for update and everytime she'll say she will check and revert back to me. But she never does. I have already call her many times. I don't have much time anymore as I have to sign the snp soon. What else can I do to check on loan status? Any advise will be greatly appreciated.

Defect question

I recently bought a subsale property and keys was handed to me today. During handover I noticed some floor tiles in one of the bedroom broken. It was fine during the time when I look at the property and when I paid the booking fee. I now ask the seller to fix it but he refused. He said spa said it is 'as is' basis. Does this means he does not have to fix it?

Thank you.

Aluminium floor strip

Where to buy aluminium floor strip? I've seen it used for uneven or a step-down in flooring. I've seen them on floors of shopping mall where there's a small step-down in areas where theres a roadshow or promotion going on. Anyone know what I'm refering to and where to buy them?? Thanks.

Have a question that would appreciate an answer. I stay in a strata title townhouse and suspect theres an underground pipe leakage which causes my water bill to be very high. The pipe leakage should be outside before it enters my house. If I need to have the pipe fixed, who bears the charges, me or the management?

Can the grout line be mixed to a certain darkness or lightness? Reason I am asking is because I have a light peach tile flooring and the the grout line looks really dark (close to black). I don't know its because its not completely dry or it is that dark.

Hi Dario, some questions for you regarding KWSP withdrawal for first house, leasehold property.

Is it true I need to get consent letter from Land Office? If yes, normally how long does it take for letter to be issued?

Also, the title deed which is in the sellers name has been submitted to Land Office for transfer, so what document do I submit to KWSP, the presentation receipt?

Thank you in advance.

In order to make withdrawal from KWSP, I would need to show the title deed, right? So if the title is at the land office, what do I show/submit instead? Thank you in advance.
