Regarding mismatched cables

I've ordered a few set of sleeved cables from one of the seller here in LYN forum. I've ordered a molex to sata cable and this is what I received:

As you can see in the pic, the are two wires that are mismatched. The third wire went into the 4th slot and vice versa. Now, my real question is; is it safe to use?

I am not knowledgeable in this kind of thing so I'm asking advice from sifus in this section.

Not sure if this is the right place to ask but here it goes.

I'm making a new desktop build soon and planning to sell my current rig, but I'm not sure of their current second hand price and how much I should sell them for. I need help with these items:

i5 760
Asus P7H55
2x 2GB Kingston value RAM
Silverstone RV02

Warranty still have around 1.5~2 years left.

Please advise.
