Best FD rate for business account

hey guys, i ran my own solo IT business here, currently using CIMB BizChannel, the business current account doesn't give any interest, i've look in cimb FD for business best rate also 2.80% 12months. Quite hassle to open also, have go to branch counter, no e-FD in the dashboard.
Where do u guys park your extra business cash? or u guys will declare dividends park at personal FD to yield higher return?

BLR increase cause late payment for housing loan

Hey guys, i've recently just came back from travel, so i didn't receive anything on the phone until i landed then i get this message for my housing loan

I was like wtf, because i set auto recurring payment on 28th to pay the exact amount every month. I realize my installment amount has increase due to BLR but i didn't get any notification from email or sms or anything in the prior month. so i immediately pay the outstanding RM137 on the spot with my phone on the plane. My due date is 1st of every month now i am a week late with only RM137 outstanding, my concern is my ccris record, i am planning to buy another property next year. will my CCRIS record show a 1 instead of 0 soon? What should i do now, i'm asking for advice because it's holiday bank customer service is off now, thanks

Hey guys, did any of u get this tax rebate?

My sdn bhd is newly establish this year, my fiscal year end is 31st December which is the expiry of this rebate, will i still able to get it?

if yes, is there anything need to do or just ask my tax agent to handle it all? Any of you guys claimed it for last year, whats the process like?
