Hi guyz, hope to get a quick advice...

Im currently looking for a Double Storey unit for own stay and came across few in Denai Alam.. It's seems to be a nice plc n workmanship it quite good..

But when I started asking for the price, I was kind of ... Since almost all ranging from 750K - 850K, but during the launch it was only around 500K onwards.

Looking at the rental value which is so low n compared to the amount im gone end paying to bank wic will be 1K more easily every month, is it still a good idea to look for a unit? It seems to me that the price is already at the highest/peak moment, as 300K appreciation in 2 - 3 years is way too fast...

I can also say due to the Safron Hills 2 launch, the price was increased 50K by most of the Agents since the new launch is smaller and has to wait..

Buy or Stay away? Any other plc with better value?

PS: Working in KL so nt really looking at places like Klang/Kota Kemuning.

Building New Gaming Rig

Hi Guyz, im planning to build a new rig... Initially I had these setup on my mind,

CPU Cooler: H100
CPu : i7 3930K
Mobo : ASUS R4E
GPU : Gigabyte 1.5G 580 GTX SC
PSU : Crossair AX1200w/ Cross HX1050W / Silve ST1200
RAM : G'Skil 8Gig
HDD : 1TB
Casing : Crossair 600T

But after going through so many reviews, it doesn't seems to make sense if im gone get 3960K because im nt doing any 3D stuffs or work on any software wic is using multi threading.. There doesn't seems to be much difference wen we consider i7 2600K n 3960K FPS wise, so thought of saving some money n use it else where... But however nt so sure if X79 gt much difference compare wif the Z68 chipset...

Basically normal usage, downloading stuffs n mainly gaming... So then I came out with these spec,

CPU Cooler: H100
CPu : i7 2600K or 2700K??
Mobo : ASUS Maximus IV Extreme-Z or ASUS Maximus IV Gen-Z?? or Mayb ASUS Z68 Deluxe or pro?
GPU : MSI 580 GTX 1.5g or 3G?? Extra memory only seems to be an advantage on high resolution n seems to lose few FPS on the low res compare to 1.5G..
PSU : Crossair AX1200w/HX1050W/Silve ST1200 - Planning to sli later on, so thought of getting 1200w since many review suggested at least 1000w for GTX 580 + SOC..
HDD : 1TB
Ram : Crossair Vengeance 8G
Casing : Crossair 600T

Im a newbie in OC, but planning to OC my CPU wif H100 n for GPU planning to OC a bit more, so nt sure wic PSU to take as later on planning to add 1 more GTX 580 + OC n SLI!

So hope you guyz could share your opinion, on the overall spec n mayb could advice on the psu, mobo, gpu n cpu..

N on top of tat do u guyz ting its the right time to buy or wait till more 3960x/K gets into the market n wait for 2600K price n Z68 mobo price to go down a bit... N also most probably by the 1st Q ATI might release their new line up wic might indirectly cause NVIDIA to drop their price... mind to share ur 2 cents on these As I dun mine waiting for few months...

Hi guyz, im looking for a gud component set for quite sometime wic has a strong midbass bcoz most of the songs I listen to is quite bassy, rap, rnb n rock type of songs.. Budget is around 1.5K~ plus n minus... My HU wil b Alpine 117Ri

Currently im thinking of getting either 1 of these

1) DLS R6A
2) PHD FB 6.1 KIT PRO
3) Focal K2 165 KF

For amp budget around 2K~ plus n minus, im planning to get either

1) TRU B475 4chn
2) Genesis DM 2chn
3) Steg 4.01
4) Genesis P4U

So plz advice n also plz suggest if there is any other models tat I might wan to check out... thx

Hi guyz, I wanted to know if anyone have actually try purchasing ICE products, cables or sound proofing items from eBay(US) before.. Some of the items seems to be cheap, so have any 1 experiences purchasing it online? Mine sharing your experience...

Is there any difference between products sold in different region's, ex component sets, amps, crossover, pre amp voltage wise or any other stuffs? How bout customs, wat r the chances of being taxed n how much will it be (Percentage of wise based on the purchased item price)..
