Inheritance question

Hi, I have some inheritance problems to ask. My late mother passed away without a will last year but i dunno where to start.

I only had info that she had a FD account but i dunno her bank account info/ number.

Can i go to the bank and request them to check if theres any account under her name and close the account ? Same with EPF.

PC wont boot up

Hi ,all sifus . As per mentioned on thread topic , my PC wont boot and continously emits single beep . I will try to list out my personal 'event log '.

PC spec is small form factor Alienware X51 with GTX 760. Pc age is at around 3 years plus. My pc doesnt have psu inside it ,instead it uses an adapter similar to the laptop .
Prior to this sudden failure, my pc had a problem with the sound headjack where it will suddenly have no sound and need to replug back.
Also the night before it act up ,I accidentally close the power plug before the pc fully shutdown.

So,I tried to open the PC one day but was greeted by a beeping sound (single beep) . Since the fan and led light still on , i force shutdown using the power button . I then close the plug power and disconnect the power cord for few minutes before putting it back. It then started on its own and emits the same beeping sound .
Event log in the OS doesnt indicate anything.

I then re-sitted the gpu and ram ,which make the pc start normally but windows boot very slow.And today the problem repeated again after I tried to access my external hdd using usb port and it hanged .

After googling a bit ,some web says its probably be my psu or mobo. Any sifus can help verify the problem for me ? It its the psu , i can go and change it but if its mobo I'd better get a new pc

Problem details
First occurence of problem: some 3 months ago
Problem frequency: indefinite
Problem description: PC cant detect any internet connection .Modem LED working fine .Router wifi working fine as well.

Extra details :
Network adapter : Realtek PCIe family broadband ( I;m suspecting its this that caused the problem.)

Troubleshooting tried : Called Tm support to come to home but they said it works fine ,seems like pc problem.
Borrowed fren's laptop to try and laptop cant detect connection.

Can a school drop out apply for part time course at a college? I've got only SPM 0 credit and PMR but I never managed to get the certificate because I got expelled at Form 4.Can I get the cert since I'm 23 years old now.

I'm going to Sunway Pyramid in K.L for the 1st time but I dunno the road.

So I was hoping someone would guide me (or at least tell me ).
Will be dropping off at Puduraya.

HI there again .So I'm back with a little bit of different problem but originated from the same pc .

I've sent my pc to warranty for the seller to repair it but just after 1 weeks the pc started to cause problem.As long as I was downloading things for more than 5 mins it will freeze .I believe its due to driver problem but just to make sure its not mobo problem I come to here to ask for your opinion.

Can anyone identify what might be causing this problem?

[HELP]Ways to transfer data from hard drive

Hopefully my title wont mislead fellow forumer.

So as my title says,I'm trying to find possible ways to transfer some of my save game or any other data from my hard disk b4 I send the whole rig to warranty.
Since the motherboard is faulty ,I cant really use it to transfer via USB to an external HDD. So my question would be ,is there any other way to backup those file other than having a working computer.
I've googled and found some option such as USB adapter for HDD,but I doubt there'll be shop selling it at JB.
My HDD is WD "Green" 500 GB Sata cable.
As I've posted a problem with my pc few weeks ago,I've determined to give up and leave it to the pros to fix it .Seems like Kernel Power event 41 problem and few of my fren said it was motherboard failure.At 1st I was trying to transfer those massive data 1 by 1 b4 going but the motherboard failure getting more serious day by day.
But b4 that I must transfer whatever "top secret" file from those HDD of mine .

Computer auto goes into "restart loop"

Pls help me to identify what problem does my pc have.

Spec:Intel DH55HC mobo ,i3 540 proccessor,PSU cap ayam,windows 7.

Problem:When start pc ,it start normally and no problem.But after 20mins or so,pc automatically blank screen and the cpu fan stopped.After that it will keep "loop" the following sequence, fan start turning ,monitor blank ,1 beep and it auto off.After letting it off for hours ,I can open back but still face the above problem .

It all started when i was transferring massive file from my psp via usb cable.Since the file will take a while ,I left the pc to automatically copy while I went to sleep.After waking up to an strange beeping sound from my computer ,my computer was in the above state that I mentioned.

I wonder if its USB port problem ,since I have a razer mouse and a sensonic speaker attached to it all the time.When I take off the mouse usb cable I can smell something burning .

Edit:No overclocking or any setting since the pc is for browsing use,added OS system for easier understanding of my pc.
