advice on bench

hi, newbie here and i'm planning to get a bench for home use.
came across two brands; fitness concept and aibi, but im not sure which one to get so im hoping to get some advice from experienced ppl here

for aibi this is the bench i'm interested
AIBI B-1001 bench
i've got an offer to add-on a lat pulldown and arm curl equipment which are optional for the bench and a barbell and 20kg rubber-coated plate all for RM1500

as for fitness concept, this is the bench that i saw a few months back
APEX bench
it was around rm690 and i dunno whether they still carry them around
*anyone got visit fitness concept recently can confirm this??

so im not very sure which one are good but for the aibi set, my fren said he'll try to cut the price down for me but no guarantee...

any advice??

hello, i'm having prob to revert all my icons back to original windows icons...

for the start menu, those folders icon change after i click on them... they cant stay with the original windows folder icon
for the favorites icon on the folder left side panel cant revert back also ~.~

hello, i'm new in desktop customization ~.~
wanted to try out the gaia10 visual style but encoutered some problems...

anyone around here using gaia10 VS can help out??
1. i cant change the icon in the taskbar (only msn can be changed)
2. the start menus size seems to be smaller... any way to change it?

i'm trying out gaia10 rainmeter also but i keep on getting this error whenever i first log on my PC

"your configuration file doesn't contain any meters! your skin's ini-file might be out of date"
