Strange Overlay on my CSGO

Hi all,

Anyone knows what overlay is this on the middle right? (The circle with blue glow) it only appears on CSGO and I've no idea where it came from.

Playable Characters

There are currently four playable characters in Metal Assault: Carl, Burton, Ai, and Marie. Each character possesses their own unique traits, including varied skills and vital statistics that affect their growth.

Carl

"The only surviving grandchild of Professor Russell, Carl has lived in HERZ for the majority of his life. His grandfather took him in and gave him a home after a devastating DEDT attack took the lives of both his mother and father.
As a young adult, Carl trained to become a soldier to defend against such attacks. A talented recruit, he mastered the R.O.C. training regiment in record time. However, during this period, Professor Russell mysteriously disappeared. Wracked with guilt at having not been around to protect his grandfather, Carl joined the elite R.O.C. team in an effort to save him. "
He is the most balanced player in the game, and thus is recommended for new players.

Burton

"Several years ago, Burton's parents were killed in a DEDT attack that targeted the founder of HERZ: Burton's father. The attack was brutal, but Burton's sister was declared missing. Her body was not recovered from the scene of devastation. Burton joined the military shortly afterwards, hoping to avenge his family and find his younger sister.
Years have passed, but Burton continues his search. War weighs heavily on him, but he finds solace in being the big brother of the entire team. He watches over everyone with care and bravely takes the brunt of every attack."

Ai

"Ai's childhood was a struggle against her perfect sister, Maii, to gain their parents' attention. Unlike Ai, Maii excelled at everything she tried, from gymnastics to ballet to sharpshooting. Maii later became a war hero in the R.O.C. Ai's love and jealousy grew until an incurable illness struck Maii down behind enemy lines.
Hoping to both surpass her sister's memory and alleviate her own guilt, Ai became determined to join the R.O.C. herself. She strives to both follow in Maii's footsteps and outperform her at every opportunity. Quick and nimble, Ai complements the team well as a forward scout."

Marie

"Her R.O.C. squad nicknamed her "Lil' Miss Headshot" because there is no better sniper in the military. Her father, General Hugh, suspects Carl of being somehow involved in Professor Russell's sudden disappearance and has sent Marie into the elite unit to watch and report on him.
While Marie obeys orders and dutifully reports Carl's activities and movements, their work together has built trust between them. She has determined that she will support Carl, despite her father's misgivings."

Vehicles

Some missions in Metal Assault require use of vehicles, and some game modes have vehicles waiting for pilots and drivers. Crank the mayhem up a notch and blast away the opposition with these epic rides!

Tomahawk743 (top left)

4 Seater

Take to the skies with three comrades in this assault aircraft. Be sure to stay out of the enemy's range, because the armor on this vehicle is not designed to withstand heavy attacks. Fly my pretties! Fly!!

DT-X23 (top right)

1 Seater

Everyone's childhood dream of having their very own personal mechanized combat suit can now be realized! Jump into this combat walker for an extra punch and fast fire rate. The D-TX23 has excellent maneuverability, allowing for quick forward rushes and hasty retreats (if you're too chicken to take the heat).

Guardian-175 (bottom left)

1 Seater

Want to pack a punch from long distance? Get into the Guardian-175, whose power and range have no match. Time your strikes and take your reload time into consideration: since the destructive capability is so high, the reload is a beast. However, when utilized in a team, the Guardian-175 provides unparalleled support at choke-points.

HMK-29 (bottom right)

4 Seater

Roll over your enemy with the burly HMK-29. While this vehicle will not break any land-speed records, it is stillfast enough to get into the fray and let loose some hot lead. The HMK-29 has decent mid-range armor with 3 different weapons for maximum damage. Get rolling with your crew and be warned: the driver also has turret duty!

Weapon ammo and health can be restored at any "repair shop" area, these are denoted by the mini tank symbol floating above them. If confused it is the place where you got the tank originally. Keep in mind the percentage "timer" is in effect here as well so do not expect instant refill.

Weaponry

There are 5 classes of weapons that you can use:

Handgun : Your last resort weapon, has the highest mobility of all weapons but weak damage and low firing rate.
Shotgun : Fast mobility weapon with very high damage in short range ( able to 1-hit kill players if all speared bullets hits ).
Assault Rifle : Good mobility, moderate damage, fast rate of fire, moderate accuracy,bullet speed, and range.
Sniper Rifle : Precision!! It's all about precision. slow firing rate very long range and very accurate very fast bullet.
Rocket Launcher : slow firing rate, AOE damage, slow bullet.

It is however the rate of fire, accuracy, damage, bullet speed, range are different for different type of weapons. As example Weapon A has high damage but the bullet speed is slow, bad accuracy and rate of fire. Weapon B of the same type has lower damage but higher rate of fire, accuracy, range and so on. So get the best kind for your playing style!!

Anyone playin' this ?

The game features Mission mode ( with story and levels ) , co-op mode ( has multiple game objectives such as capture the point, flag defense, time attack ) , and battle PvP mode (team battle, company battle(guild war), death match, item PvP ). The game also offers variety of weapons, customizations, outfit and many more. The server is located in U.S so expect not-so-good ping at some times but still playable lol.
