Anyone feel stressed by fitness trackers?

Hi all,

Curious to hear from people here who use smartwatches or fitness trackers (Apple Watch, Garmin, Fitbit, Samsung rings or watches, etc.).

Do you ever feel pressured by the numbers from your wearable?

For example:

Trying to close rings / hit step goals every day
Feeling a bit stressed if you miss a workout or activity target
Checking sleep score or heart rate and worrying about the results
Changing plans just to complete your daily activity goal

Been using wearables for a few years and have had a few of those examples happen to me. Plus with devices now tracking more things (ex. sleep, stress levels, heart rate, calories, standing time, etc.), feels like it can be overwhelming.

Would be interesting to hear your experiences, good or bad, and how you all deal with it (i.e. motivates you, stresses you, or just completely ignore it)

Fralin Vs Kinman Pickups

To sifus,

I'm thinking of upgrading my strat from stock pickups to either Lindy Fralin or Kinman Pickups.

The conundrum? I love Kinman Woodstock sound with hum cancelling but getting a kinman is wayy expensive

so, is Fralin a good choice for a nice strat sounding pups? I heard some on youtube for comparison and Fralin sounds a bit "thinner" than Kinman and there's also the buzz that Fralin pups give since they are a more "true" single coil windups.

Anyone here have actually heard both in a strat aside from youtube? Can't really trust youtube to really give a good indication of sound.

So sifus, what should I do? Save money until I can get a kinman pickups or just go for Fralins.

Appreciate any response!

... or if there's other pickups you can recommend...

just wana ask, Do I need to put my name exactly as on my passport for Airasia tix or is it ok for it to be shortened?

Ex.=

My passport name is
S Mohamad Zulkifli Bin S Mohamad Shamshudin
but instead I only put Zulkifli Shamshudin on the tix.

will this be a problem? should I change it?

btw, I did include my passport number and such when i booked the tix. Oso, it a promo tix.

This might be a newb question to those in the music industry but is there a Songwriters group/guild in Malaysia?

Are there gatherings or events for songwriters/composers in Malaysia?

Tried googling for abit but I can't find anything specific for songwriters/composers in Malaysia. Not one that's an annual thing at least (except for Malaysian Christian Songwriters, nothing against them but im not Christian so dun think i can join.). Most of the time it's just a one-off events.

I love music and I love making music so if I can meet with fellow composers/songwriters to learn more, that would be great!

Didn't see any topic on this so I figured I put one.

Basically the whole point of this thread it put music videos or songs that's so crappy that it's actually more entertaining to just make fun of it.
