Iphone 5 always need to activate

Hi. My iphone 5 always need to activate once in 2 days. Before that, 3G signal goes week and suddently missing for a day long. Just show 'searching' at signal indicator. After i try to turn off my iphone, and turn in on it show 'activation require'. Is anyone have facing this problem before? Need some advice from pro user here to how to solve this problem. Thanks.
