BAGHDAD (Reuters) - An al Qaeda attack that killed 52 hostages and police in a Catholic church in Baghdad was aimed at driving the embattled Christian minority out of the country, Iraq's human rights minister said on Monday.

Church officials described the attack, which began when gunmen seized the Our Lady of Salvation Church during Sunday mass, as the bloodiest against Iraq's Christians in the seven years of sectarian war that followed the 2003 U.S.-led invasion.

A Christian lawmaker said the botched raid to free the hostages proved that the Iraqi security forces lack the capability to maintain peace.

Lieutenant General Hussein Kamal, a deputy interior minister said 52 hostages and police were killed and 67 wounded in the incident, which ended with police storming the Assyrian Catholic church to free more than 100 hostages seized by guerrillas.

Hi All...I'm playing SC2 on my notebook (T5600, 2G Ram, ATI X1400) with lowest setting..and still found some lagging when battling..
I just sell off my PC few month ago... and think about what is the cheapest desktop spec (include monitor) that could run SC2 with medium setting..
Any Sifu with recommendation on this "cheapest spec", i'm fine with AMD or Intel, Nvidia or ATI..LCD any brand...np.. thx in advance. i

Btw, PC Recommended Specifications for SC2:

* Dual Core 2.4Ghz Processor
* 2 GB RAM

HTPC How To Output 5.1 Channel Sound..?

Just get my Acer Revo as HTPC and my current setup as below:

AVR -->(HDMI) --> | LCD |<-- (HDMI) <-- HTPC

1. AVR (Philips HTS6600) only 1 HDMI port, i use it as output and connect to LCD.
2. HTPC got only 1 HDMI port and use it as output to LCD.
3. LCD with 2 HDMI.

Now the question is my HTPC to my LCD only stereo... ? I can't connect my HTPC to AVR cause no more HDMI port in AVR. Anyway to configure and output 5.1 channel from this setup? Sorry if i not make my question clear...

S Video From Laptop To LCD TV No Colour

Hi All, I bought a s video cable and intend to connect my laptop to
my LCD TV for watching movie. The dell laptop with graphic card x1400 have s-video,
and my LCD TV is Aquas with S-Video Input. The TV can output picture but with only black & white.
Google around but no luck....did anyone got any ideas? I did change the PAL/NTSC setting..in laptop and TV but still the same....
