maxis billing problem

i've received 2 phone bill (2 months of subscription) from maxis that i find they calculated wrongly here n there in the bill. for example the duration of call X call rate doesn't equal to total( extra charging), waiver given was wrong (amount lesser), etc. called CS n they said it is computer error n i'm not the only 1 facing this prob. apparently they know about it n god knows when they plan to solve their system. so guess wat..if u dint call in n check with them means u r paying extra to them. so guys pls check ur bill before u pay unless u don mind paying extra.
