My external harddisk not working even can't format

my hard disk 1TB, this is what happen last night...

I just done a quick format to empty it because i need it to backup my file from my pc...
after that, i start import my file into it...
after a while, i click cancel because i have to close my pc...
ok... after i reopen my pc and i want to continue my backup, something happen....
my harddisk become very slow, from 50MB/s to 8B/s...
so i think my hard disk need to format one more time so i quick format 1 more time...
but this quick format after 5minute also haven done, before that i just need 30second to done...
so i think this could not happen, so i cancel it, so now the hard disk cannot use...
i try a full format but after 5-6hours also nothing happen...
so... any idea??

After my external hard disk connected to another laptop, I got this virus.
So when I put back to my PC, I can open the Local Disk but inside become empty but only one shortcut.

The shortcut properties:
