Internet dropped after connected to VPN

Hi Sifus,

Need help!

Previously when i was with unifi, when im connected to Work VPN my internet still access-able
But now after i changed the provider to Maxis, they provided new Modem(Netis DL4480V1) and Router(Tplink c5v ac1200) i no longer able to stay connected to internet after connected to VPN

Possible due to setting or more on the device?

Abdul Rahman explained that they are now strictly enforcing the rules on segregation, but it was introduced in September 2015 under the Solid Waste and Public Cleansing Management Act of 2007.

Nak mintak advise Myvi Fuel Consumption Issue

Cerita camni

1 - satu hari, myvi battery kong and buka battery bawak pergi trade in 1/2 day baru ganti baru
2 - ganti baru, also cannot start
3 - pomen datang check, 2 issue jumpa
i - immobilizer lock, thus tak boleh start
ii - engine gasket rosak, spark plug and ignition coil rendam oil engine
4 - tow car pergi nearest work shop
5- 1 uncle tukar spark plug baru, tukar gasket baru, guna balik ignition coil yg sama + service kereta
6- lagi 1 uncle pergi swap immobilizer
7 - kereta dapat start, no issue
8 - dmg bayar around rm500+/-

Question

lepas bikin as above, kereta all the while full tank can go around 400km BUT now... dekat 200+/- dah kelip kelip
i terbaca abit, for myvi IF battery disconnected too long, ECU will reset so initially i think ECU re learn so fuel consumption tinggi and need to wait around 2-3 days to relearn.
Now near 2 week still the same fuel consumption BAD, once a while exhaust backfire/misfiring

Any sifu can advise where is it wrong

Top floor water tank leak into below unit

Hi any sifus, can help with this never ending debate.
currently i have a situation where by i have a over 10 years condo unit at the highest floor, just right below the water tank.
found out that there is a leakage at the tank and caused a water sipping into my unit and cause some damage

Question,

can i claim from the management, or i will need to bare the damage my ownself
