Need advice on this CONtractor

So I did kitchen extension and refurbishment with this contractor. Overall he did a good job la, but after warranty over all kinds of defects appearing. He didn't apply primer before painting the weatherbond paint and now the paint is peeling. The same thing with my roof tiles, no primer coat. He didn't bother to even let me know. Also, he used rusted metal to do my door grilles, the paint comes off easily in some areas. He's AWOL and not replying my messages and calls.

I dont know if I should post the defects pics and invoice in Google review and others. My house is in G &G but my father's house isn't. He knows where my father lives and I scared he will harm him

Update: it seems this contractor is not with cidb since October last year, what else can I do other than posting pics online?

Hi guys, I plan to get the i7 13700 or the i5 13600K (and overclock it to try match the i7). I'm building a rig mainly for gaming and a little rendering. Choosing the i5 option would cost 400+ more. I'm leaning towards getting the i7 more.

I read that the locked i7 that has the power limit set to higher can get a good boost in performance. I plan to pair the i7 with a Gigabyte B760 mobo but I'm not sure if just setting the PL1 and PL2 is enough? Do i have to tweak the voltage as well? Ill be getting a 280mm AIO cooler

Edit: will get the Ryzen 7 7700x + B650M

CM HAF 922 dust filters

Ok last time i wanted to buy a mini vacuum cleaner but can't find a suitable one, now I'm thinking of covering every single hole in my case with dust filter's, CM only give dust filter for front intake fan, I want dust filter for side mesh, top, back and psu intake mesh. Does anyone sell it or know where can i buy it?

I've searched everywhere but shops only sell very small usb ones which use AC current, vacuum cleaners that use AC current will generate static that will fry my precious hardware, does anyone know where can i get one?

No matter what size blowing or sucking air inside the PC will generate static..Compressed air are expensive and limited. Q-tip too slow, messy and frustrating. How? Any experts have advice?

I'm gonna upgrade my computer very soon, so i need your advice fast. I got some games that i downloaded but i deleted the installation files and I wanna keep the games to play them. I was planning to use esata or transfer them through usb to my new HDD, is it possible to still play after transferring?
