            <description>hi,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i deal with an owner for a house we interested. of course buy from owner will be cheaper. but he&amp;#39;s a foreigner. scare he run away with our &amp;#036;. what&amp;#39;s the procedure to buy from owner and how much deposit should pay before we get our own lawyer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;or should we get the agent to do everything for us. i know he&amp;#39;s getting agent to sell the house too.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;thank you...&amp;#33;</description>

            <title>selling 1st house n buy 2nd</title>

            <description>i plan to buy a 2nd hand property at RM520K. My existing condo can sell at approx RM210K. But the loan locking period only end April 2011. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Say if i only sell the condo after April 2011. How much cash i needed now to buy the 2nd property for 1st/downpayment, fees eg agent fee, lawyer fee, stamping, S&amp;amp;P fees etc. How much i can loan from bank? i estimate only need 10-20k for minor touch up renovation.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;How&amp;#39;s the procedure to buy a 2nd hand property through agent pls..?</description>
