I will meet up with my partner&#39;s friend soon but I have a few questions, <br /><br />1. As a shareholder, can I reject the appointment of my partner&#39;s friend as a shareholder? <br />2. How do I calculate the net value of this company? <br />3. How much share should I allocate to my partner&#39;s friend?<br />4. Assuming the net value of my company is 50,000 and the guy invest 100,000, now the company&#39;s net value is 150,000. Assume that the new guy has 40% share while me and partner have 30% each.
