Lost Planet 2 crashes on 6870?

Go into the menu a few moment then the game crashes to desktop, how come?

Anyone knows how to solve it? Or anyone having similar problem?

Using:
10.12 new CCC driver
Win 7 Ultimate 64-bit
i5 760
odin 800w
hyperx 4gb

Since the MSRP stated was 300 USD, is it possible for it to drop until RM 9xx?

couldn't decide which one to buy, now come out so many new cards somemore

MSI HAWK GTX 460 1GB RM7xx(used a few months)
Asus GTX 460 DirectCU Top 1GB RM700
MSI Twin Frozr II R6870 RM820(no stock yet but someone quoted me this price)
AMD HD 6950 RM10xx/RM11xx

Also wanna ask:

Which position is 5870 in, if compared to cards above... Let's say Asus/Sapphire/MSI, used price also 8XX~10XX(6950 also this range but new )

Monitor is 23" full hd 1920x1080
