Anyone here encounter leaking issue for toilet and get it fixed via resin injection?

I saw from forum that this is the only way. But, may I know the estimated cost to do this?

Steps for s&p and legal procedure

Hi all sifu,

I'm currently booked a condo at the price of 200k++, paid 2% earnest deposit for booking. My loan is already approved by bank and I'm going to sign the offer letter this coming week. I'm having appointment with lawyer to deal with my s&p and also loan legal stuff as well this coming week.

I'm still having about 2weeks duration before sign s&p and pay the remaining 8%.

What's the next step?
1. Sign s&p first, or wait until the loan agreement is ready then sign together?
2. Try to delay s&p until my loan agreement is ready?

Questions:
1. When do I need to pay the s&p fee to lawyer? During sign s&p?
2. When do I need to pay the 8%, is it possible to delay? I'm going to take some time to get my $$ out of my fixed deposit.

Give me your opinion, your help is appreciated.
