Part-time - Income Tax

Hi guys, I am employed and have a job, and I started doing IT part-time in Jan 2021.

I started small, from 1k/month up to 7k/month now. And I did not register SSM (sole proprietor).
I receive the payment via online banking or CDM to my personal account. Without an invoice, as I also deal with people who try to set up a business.

Since the part-time income is getting bigger, should I register SSM now in September 2021?
If my SSM is registered in September 2021, do my part-time income and expenses from Jan-Aug 2021 can be filed to SSM?

Or

I declare my side-income this year for 2021 under e-BE in Pendapatan perolehan atau keuntungan lain

Question
For example, I received 3k/month. I also outsource some parts of the projects out to Fiverr (a freelancing website).
So I should not declare 3k as my income for that month right? Do I need to deduct the expenses related to the project?

May I know if I can directly fill my total side incomes under e-BE, why should someone register SSM?

Hi I worked at this company for 1 year and 6 months, and they decided to close down the company.

The company was a sub-company from a big one. They told me about this early July, and have me signed a contract which stated will pay me 2 months in lieu.

I got the 2 months salary at July, and work until last day which on 30th August. I would like to ask, will I get any compensation from them?

Based on the salary I received, there is no compensation. Just plain July + August salary.

GRAB - Uncle phone kena stole while..

Yesterday my uncle's phone was stolen by a customer. His phone running Grab application was hold by mobile stand at middle of his car. Phone was taken in front of him while he is busy finding change to give back the customer.

Police report was made, all the customer details of that thief was provided to police by Grab.

But my uncle didn't make enough money to buy a phone to continue his Grab career.

Would like to know if anyone here knows do Grav has insurance for such case?

Lastly, police said there are many similar cases reported lately, Grab drivers are advised not to put their phone in middle or any place that is easy accessible by customer.

I try to simplify moi story :

- I stand beside the door, beside the seat corner
- aunt sit very far, another side of door
- aunt come to me say saw me take picture of people, because got flash from my side
- but that time and before that my phone is inside the pocket, how to take picta, somemore no hgggh also
- I lazy explain, I take out my phone, unlock let aunt check anyhow she suka
- aunt don't believe me, she go back to her seat
- then ts notice beside me, a girl seat there whatsapp-ing with iPhone (assume is LED FLASHLIGHT notification by apple)
- when aunt get out of train, she scold me in front of many public!!

Aunt: "I warning you ah, you don't simply take people picture, that is people privacy.. I find lawyer sue u ah I tell u!"

I felt so innocence and so many people look at me assume I did something wrong

Rent out room problem

TLDR version
- ayam rented a house with few friends, I took a single small room (contract until mid 2017)
- Told friend might move out mid of 2016, friend said can find someone replace and come in

I moved out (bought new house) still paying the room rented together --- High commitment, wanna save some money by renting out my room

- Found a tenant, friend worry the new tenant not keeping the house clean & will steal / spoil thing
- Friend suggest don't let anyone, then I still have to paying my single room rental.

- Already agree to let tenant stay until my contract finish, but friend disagree..

(We are close friend since primary, save my money, hurt friendship? Save friendship damage my wallet?)

What should I do?

Macbook Air passing electricity while charging?

Just week ago, I bought my first Macbook Air. Just until recently when I am watching movie, I found out that my headphone has a weird buzzing sound (feels like a flies flying beside your ear).

That happens only when I am charging my MBA. Whenever I touch the aluminium body with my hand or stop the charging, the buzzing noise stopped.

Anyone experienced the same problem as mine? Will this electricity harm to my body or my charger actually is faulty? I am not using the MagSafe extension charger.
