and it was sapphire hd 7770

and now it's dead already. so what so you guys suggest for a replacement ?
not looking for something above 1.2K,

PC Wont Power Up

Hi,

So it's been quite few months that my pc quite difficult to power up. Usually i've to switch on-off the plug, plug in-out the plug few times, then only then it will power up.
today (after 2 weeks, just got home) it just take on another level, where it wont power up at all.

there was a glimpse that the 'power is flowing' (because when i switch on the plug, the light on the keyboard and mouse, is up and ready - that means the mobo is ok, perhaps)
and the system fan also (with led) showing a glimpse of hope, when it shows the light briefly.

current system :
RAM : 16gb kingston hyper x (4gb x 2pcs 1660, 4gb x 2pcs 1866)
motherboard : gigabyte ga h77m d3h
hd : 2tb wd
ssd : kingston hyperx 120gb

gpu : sapphire hd7770 1tb (currently i didnt installed it on the system, i dont know why suddenly after the windows 10 update, my screen just go black, and not showing anything when the gpu is there)

please, help.

Well I'm planning to upgrade my systems. My pc are mainly used for graphic design, and some casual gaming : FIFA 15, strategy game: Civilization, Total War, or perhaps some action game : Watch Dogs, Tomb Raider, GTA5 (hoping to play this one). Well the current built are listed below. So I'm looking to enhance the performance of my system without having to spending too much.

Graphics : Sapphire HD7770 Ghz Edition OC 1GB DDR5 Vapor-X

1st Storage : Western Digital Green 1TB
2nd Storage : Western Digital Green 2TB
PSU (Power) : Antec HCG 620Watt

Case : Corsair Carbide Series 300R Windowed (Might able to trade if jump into micro atx case)

Budget : Perhaps between 1K - 1.5K? And I'm targeting the processor, graphics card, memory & motherboard. Or you guys can advise what's the best.
Aim : Smooth operation in designing larger file size, medium - heavy 3D Modeling(optional) and able to play upcoming game in decent performance. On a side note, I would like to jump into micro-atx.
