No MC during probation period for above RM 1,500?

Wanna ask for opinion...

I was attached to a company for 3 months, suppose to confirm but i rejected and ask for extension for another 3 months...

in my 4th months (during the extended probation period), i take MC

HR say it is unpaid leave and deduct my salary..

I say not in policy? She say verbal told me on my first day...

My question is MC is legally and must give right? She say labour law doesnt cover ppl like me, salay above 1,500...

SWT!!! Pls advise what can i do...

BTW, i already tender resignation after this incident and now is serving notice...

Senior Associate - Business Planning @ Astro, TPM

I received a call from Astro and being told that they will offer me for an position as Senior Associate - Business Planning.

Yet to receive any offer letter, but they give me a letter of medical check up, being told that offer letter will only issue after the medical check up done..

Due to i am now @ menstrual period, can only do my check up 1 weeks later..

They didn't tell me what is the offer, doubt that whether they can offer me the price that i ask for / expected..

But really wanna know their offer & benefits...

Anyone can share??? Thanks....

20 years old how to get loan?

Hi there, i am a 20 years old boy this year, i need cash appx RM40k for study, i do think of get PTPTN, but the course is not under PTPTN... i wish of using my own name to borrow money personal loan for say 5 years, then my sister will help me to repay monthly first and after i graduate then i will repay myself, cant use my sister name to borrow as her credit limit is already fully utilised (for my study ... just wondering is there any other way to get money for study (i mean legal, not shark loan)? i need to pay my final payment by this yr end de... thx thx...

Need Business Loan Advice

Hi, i would appreciate if you can share with me where can i get better offer of business loan? My situation now is, i started a new business (Registered as sole proprietor at Jan 10)... I need to maximise my cash flow for working capital purposes... i had check n realise that i m not qualified for SME loan due to incorporate year not sufficient and so on... I got 40k cash now, would like to maximise it to 80k or 100k like tat (mean 1 to 2 lar).. is there any similar offer at the market??? Any idea?

Before interview realise that was sister company?

Hi there.. I m such a bad luck ppl here.. I got applying job thre jobstreet.. and the job was posted by recruitment agency whereby the comapny details undisclosed.. And everything sound too good to believe (i tell the hunter that i felt the i m not the right candicate as some role at the JD i was no experience etc but the hunter say can still give a try as the company already view my resume and they wanted to meet me up).. so i decided to go for interview.. Then when i open mail n look at the address and location map.. Damn shit.. it was actually my sister company... Which Mean my boss would know my intention soon or already knew... How now? should i still go or dont go.. How to face my biss in future???

EPF Withdraw for purchase house..

Any idea on how to withdraw EPF for purchase a house (auction property)? Cause as to what i hear was, auction proerty mean u need to pay 10% in advance, yet EPF withdraw was u need to get the S&P first before proceed to withdraw?? any idea on how to withdraw EPF to buy auction property (assuming no cash avaible now..)
