My family and I are being harassed...

Hi all,

First a warning. This a long post... but don't worry, there's a TL:DR at the end.

I'll get to the point.

My immediate family consist of my mom and my two younger brothers. My dad passed away a year after my youngest brother came along just 6 years ago.

I was with my ex for just under a year. We broke up over a year ago for two big reasons.
One: He is possessive. I can't go out with anyone. Guy or girl, he will get jealous.
Two: He doesn't care less about his life, his future. No job, not studying, no goals.

Basically, I was living with my family, but he kept coming to find me, wanting to get back together with me and all. He would be alright when I give some sort of positive response, but I was studying. I didn't had time to entertain him. I had a life to move on. When I did that, he started getting more aggressive, possessive..

Now let's fast forward it to today.

I have moved out from my home, living with my relative and an old friend, to move the problem away from my immediate family. I am working as he knows where I am studying and my friends. He has been harassing them and myself at college, so I stopped my semester.

He has been getting much more annoying and vulgar verbally. He's like a psycho ex from hell, seriously. Once he managed to catch me at a friend's place, from stalking.. and he was physically violent to me. After a police report and him going to jail, he got out and started abusing those around me. He would message them each (5 of them) about 200 messages a day, calling them constantly, disrupting our lifestyle. We can't work in peace, live in peace. We're not that well to do, so we can't all afford Android phones like what one of my friend suggested me to do, since it has a blacklist feature.

Police reports don't seem to work, he has friends who are politicians and have ways to get him out again, and to be frank, the station we report to is also getting tired of seeing us.

Is there anything that I could do? Is there such a thing as a restraining order here in Malaysia? Will DiGi/Maxis/Celcom offer blacklisting features to block his number? I am getting tired of having to change my number 3 times, but somehow somewhere there's a leak and he'll be back to annoying the bees out of me.

TL:DR

I have a psycho ex boyfriend who keeps contacting me and my family, calling and texting us nonstop daily. He has no life, and has dedicated it to annoying us. How can I stop this? Or block it? Any laws? Any methods?

Thank you every for your time. I really appreciate it. Thanks...

Interior Designing/Interior Architecture

Hi everyone!

I am interested in studying Interior Designing/Interior Architecture.

Trouble is, I do not have much idea on the universities that offers these courses. A few that I can think off from the top of my head are: Lim Kok Wing, The One Acadamy, Segi University, KBU, Taylors University.

I would like to know from those who are already in the industry: Diploma or Degree? Does it matter which one I graduate in? Assuming I have a good portfolio.

At the moment I can only think of two which offers 3+0 Degrees, Taylors and KBU, with the former being unknown in the design field and the latter, have not heard much on.

Anyway, I would like to hear more from people who has heard, who are studying, and who are working in this field for their opinion on their line of work/studies as well as the issue.

Thank you all very much in advance!
