yesterday i just watched civil war on HBO...

ok la, quite nice, especially the shooting scene when theyre taking white house...

but, that scene to happen, the plot was, the federal armed forces just surrender instead of fighting the rebel forces of 2 states....

im not sure how the US military forces works though, i thought the federal govt can dispatch troops from other states to stop the 2 rebel states?

Hello there, need some clarification here, since im not sure it is correct place to ask or not..

im planning to buy my 1st house end of 2026, price of house around 350k....

but the thing is, i have a personal loan now....is it possible to get a housing loan, combining it with existing personal loan?

lets say, balance of loan is around 50k to pay, i apply for 400k loan, pay off my personal loan as well...

possible?

hey guys, not sure if anyone heard of PARK ALLEY parking service, but the one at my place is increasing the price starting 1st September.

this is a different parking service provider for cars though..

I dont mind the price increase, but im pissed that, they wanted to charge every in and out.

Currently, once u pay, u get the ticket, and as long as u have the ticket, u can still go in and out (moto). But for new price, everytime u come in, u need to pay (come morning, pay 1 time...if u got out, n comes in again, kena pay)

the thing is, this place didnt have a designated moto parking, just selit2 on empty spaces only. if got proper parking space, i dont mind la....

no parking space, and then they suka2 re-arrange the moto until calar here and there, n they dont want to take any responsibility...

checked with SSM, the service provider doesnt even registered...i wanted to make a report, where and who do i report this kind of complaint ya?

New absorber with old spring

good morning guys, last week, i have replaced my stock proton preve absorbers (since 2012) to KYB ULTRA RS, but retain the original coil

thinking of replacing the spring as well becuase old original spring may already be too soft, should i get the original brand spring, or get a lowering sport spring like eibach sport pro kit?

as per above topic, my HQ team questions that, one of our distributor, when the wanted to ship out products for repairs, they always put the price as low as possible

eg: actual price usd150, but they put usd10

these products will have SST based on HS CODE they used

what i can think of is, the distributor use normal shipping instead of temporary export (repairs) and when reimporting back after repairs, they just pay a small amount on the SST since the price they declare is very low...

anyone here care to share what else could be the reason?

Hey guys, i got a question reagrding SIRIM.

I know for any SIRIM certified products, they have their own expiration date (valid for 5 years or something, and need renewal)

Example, i have an imported product from China for sale, with SIRIM approval on 2024, means that, the SIRIM cert is valid until 2029.

Lets say, if the product still havent sold until 2031, i can still sell it right? Because, logically, i have already got the SIRIM approval for it.

Correct me if im wrong.
