Installation of awning

i wanted to install awning for my 2 storey house (strata unit) and was told by my management office that i need to get mpkj approval.

I purchased the application form and i found that i need a drawing plan.

Can i just draw it myself or i must get a qualified person to do it? how much is the cost if i get a quailified person to do it?

Outstanding management fee by developer

Hi all,

I bought an unsold strata landed unit from a developer recently (with some discounts).

After they handed over the key, I found out from the JMB that the developer is still owing 3 months management fee and the advance management fee that i paid to developer was not paid to the JMB.

The JMB refuses to grant approval for me to renovate my house as there is outstanding management fee. Is there anything that I can do?

Hope i can get some guidance from the sifu here..

Hi all,

Im driving a Kia Forte. The ori tyre size is 215/45/17. Due to the tyre for this size is damn expensive and it is quite noisy/bumpy, so i intend to change the rim to a smaller one (16").

All the sifu, any recommendation? what's the price? would this void the car warranty?
