[HELP] with my Lenovo Y520

Hello guys.. Been asking around havent got anything to solve my problem.. Im using Lenovo Y520 15ikbn (i5 7500hq,12gb ram, 1050 2gb) version.. So the problem is my laptop's charger recently broken.. And then i bought a better charger with higher abilities.. But then i realised whenever im playing, the battery percentage starts to drop even when im plugged-in and charging.. Then i get another replacement battery with exactly same spec of the original one, but unfortunately the problem is still there.. Whats the problem guys? Is it the battery? Bcause its a little weird that the battery suddenly breaks exactly when the original charger is broken.. Thanks in advance guys..

[HELP] with OBS Settings

Guys im currently on a 144hz monitor (2560x1080 reso) and my pc specs are i5 6500,rx580 8gb,16gb ddr4 2133mhz ram, h110m mobo.

Im currently streaming at 1080p60fps using my AMD gpu as the encoder for stream output.. Using x264 is not do-able using my i5 6500 but u can suggest me any setting using x264 if u think it'll work better than my AMD encoding.

The problem is if i rescale my canvas to 720p the stream will look ugly. Is there anyway for me to stream at 720p60fps with better look? I stream now at 1080p60fps (with some skipped frames occasionally in a few hours gap) which is actually fine.. But id like to try to stream at 720p60fps(so that maybe i could eliminate the skipped frames issue) but with better quality display in the stream.. Im using 6000 CBR bitrate setting and 'Balanced' setting as my encoding quality.. Ive tried 720p30fps with 'Quality' encoding but my ingame fps drops worst than streaming at 1080p30fps 'Balanced' which is a little weird.

Any help or ideas would mean alot to me guys. Thanks so much LYN and do let me know if i have made any mistake in posting this thread because its been a long time since posted in here😂😂.
