House renovation Setapak

Hi all sifu here,

I am currently looking for recommendation of ID for my current house situated at Setapak area.
Currently house renovation consider finish constructed but the contractor didn't manage to complete the job.
I would like to get ID who can continue from where its left together with the reno for the whole house. wiring and piping all done. Lighting and fans all done. Some built-ins furniture is already there as well.
Probably the continuation is to re-check the wiring and piping, install toilet doors, kitchen top epoxy, design all the house rooms with existing built-ins furniture.
Expected to complete by April. all this should be able to complete less than a month since the major part of renovation has already been done.
Please do share as well any bad ID lurking in this forum just in case i need to watch out.

Hi girls~~ I would like to ask whether any of you attended any makeup courses before?
If yes, isit helpful to some certain extend? How long for the whole course? Price range??

I am considering on taking up basic makeup course.

Please advise any good training centre in KL if possible Setapak area..

Job with bond

Hi Everyone~~

I appreciate anyone's advice especially the recruiter's as they will know what they are willing to offer to get candidate from the outside..

I have just started work in a new company with 1yr-bond.. But the problem arise as I go to work everyday, I find that the company culture is not suitable for me at all...

Take note this is my first job in commercial line..All this while I am with Shares Services in MNC.

My qualification if you must know: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting + ACCA Final Part in progress..

The details from my current offer letter:

3 months notice to be given upon resignation

The details from HR mgr if I were to leave within 1yr:

If I were to leave within that 1yr, I will need to compensate the buy-out notice + the bonus which they paid on behalf of my ex-co as I lost my bonus due to them.

In conclusion, I will need to abide to the 3 mths notice with the buyout + bonus..

My question is:

1) Should I look for another job now or stuck here for 1yr and start to hunt again in Sept'13?

2) If I were to look for another job now, will there be companies who is willing to pay for the buy-out+my compensation bonus+ 3mths notice??

OR

Will there be companies that is willing to hire me now but my joining period will be next yr right after the 1yr-bond??

Hi All, I understand that nobody will like to read a long essays on stories so i will just put my story in point form. sorry if the story flow is abit messy and english is abit poor, i will try to answer all ur doubts if u have any..

- I knew "A" about 2yrs ago. became good friends after talking on the phone almost evryday. Develop feelings for A after some time..A knew it all along but he didnt reject or accept me so I just leave it as it is..

- 6 mths after I knew A, he introduced "B" to me who later becomes my bf very soon after we knew each other. "B" is a 'family man' i would say..he has 100% of the husband qualities..evry wife is dying for in my opinion.i trusted him 100% that he wont go out flirt with any girls coz he loves me alot. He always sweet talk with ppl over the fon while he was beside me but i wouldnt mind tat coz his job is a salesman..he need to have some soft skill to get more customers in his work.

-3mths after that, I asked for breakup with "B" bcoz he keeps asking me to go for his family day evry week without fail. We always argue becoz I keep rejecting to it.i met up with his parents,his uncles n aunties the 1st week we became together..after that, I decided not to go evry week coz i;m stress up..

-3wks after we brokeup, he find me back and I accepted him after 3mths of courtship and after he promised me not to forced me to attend his family day...we were very happy after that..

1 thing u guys need to know is the fact that his parents do not act like parents..my bf do all the laundry,ironing,cleaning the house,fetching his little sis to swimming lesson,etc..
sometimes his mom didnt even cook for dinner instead..she went for singing session with her kaki..left my bf n his dad at home eating maggi..

-this is the major reason why i dun like his parents..

-after 1 yr we were together,3wks ago, we brokeup again for the 2nd time and this time it is him who ask for the breakup. Reason: he is stress coz he has to make both me n his parents happy..when he spend time with me,he cant spend time with his parents which makes his parents unhappy and of coz vice versa as well.. and I trusted him for that reason..
it's been quite a hard time for me after the breakup coz i've been missing him evry single second,minutes,hrs evryday..

-3 days ago, A told me that B is going out with another girl. After i got to know this,i deleted all of B' smses and his contacts. I couldn't sleep the whole nite..I tried to make myself to think that B is just 1 of a million guys out there in this world...but I just couldnt let him go..he is the 1st and the only guy that makes me have tis kind of feelings.

-my dilemma:

1) should I confront B on that statement or just believe what A told me?

2) i;m still in love with B and have been thinking to test whether how deep B's love for me by asking 1 of my fren to sms B and tell him i'm drunk in the club..2outcomes i)he comes means im still important to him. ii)he wouldnt care me at all and i will be crying myself whole nite for loving a guy who doesnt cares for me anymore. (should i carry on with this plan)

3) if 1 and 2 oso not a good choice, pls suggest me any other ideas for me to really forget about him...or what should i do??
