Any Pets Friendly Homestay in Malaysia

Any one can suggest a pets friendly homestay for us especially human can stay together?

I know a house owner who really like dog and he renovate his bungalow for oversea pets lover to stay in.

i think this one of the way you and your pets can stay together.

My friend is staying in PJ and he wish to travel to others state in Malaysia, anyone can suggest a place for him since he wish to stay with his pets.

Refinance or Sell the house

I have undertake heritage one property last year.

That unit currently do not serve any loan and currently is renting out where each month have RM550 monthly rental.

This is a leasehold and currently left 68 years and it is located in Sri Petaling.

The market price currently is about RM130k-RM140k (30 yrs ago my father buy at RM18k)

The question is should i sell the unit or refinance it?

Currently i staying in PJ.

I have found few property near there where the price is cheaper and the rental is higher...

Please advice

The dveloper propose to build 3 tower of service residence with 11 or 12 level.
There are 17 units of 2 sty shoplot (Sold Out) & 4 sty parking lots. Resident area start from level 7 until level 18 or 19.

Tower 1 & Tower 2 almost 90% sold out and Tower 3 will launch on Nov 2010.

Expected completion will be 2013 1Q

Size available is 579sf, 999.5sf, 1015sf & 1240sf.

The price starting from
579 sf -- RM431/sf -- studio -- 1 parking lot (Expensive!!!)
999.5sf -- RM384/sf -- 3 rooms -- 2 parking lots
