I may need you guys advise on this.

Currently I’m having a unit condo and got a person (rennovation company) offer to make my unit as showroom unit.
Anyone encounter with this?
I did approached them how about the rental likes but they want to visit my unit first. I am really interested but if there is no rental, it’s pointless to meet up anyway.

Those that encountered with this situation, truly appreciate you can advise me on this.

Did they giving rental to me?
They so called giving out discount for their furnishing after the tenure ended. Well, most important is the rental anyway.

Hope to hear from any person that encounter this matter before

Double Transfer help

Hi guys,

2 months back I bought a unit at Selangor. I talked to my lawyer several times and she is unable to determine when is the first transfer will be done. She only telling me that the first transfer is on going and the seller is pressuring her lawyer to settle with developer side.

Anyway the property is under master title and in a midst to transfer to strata.

Any way to fasten the progress?

Hope anyone can enlighten me.

There is a huge hike of the assessment bill from DBKL in the whole wilayah persekutuan. My home has been taxed over thousands.

Anyone would like to share your opinion on this?

Personally, I felt a huge pressure is coming in terms of cost of living even property in WP also taxed highly compare to previous year

I would like to ask something. I had been selected and was hired by RHB. Firstly, I tot this program will be offering me RM3000.. but they was offering me RM2800 only... I got ask the person in charge about this issue... but he said RHB could only offer me RM2800 clean salary only.. So, is that true??

The salary for the post is standard or can negotiate??
