Paypal withdraw (AUD to MYR)

Hi, I currently have quite a sum in Paypal AUD currency and want to withdraw them to MYR (local bank). Unfortunately the exchange rate for Paypal is low and I stand to lose few thousands after conversion.

I have explored other possibilities to minimize this lost and one of them is TransferWise (withdrawing AUD in Transferwise and then convert to MYR) but unfortunately, TransferWise isn't available in Malaysia.

I was wondering if there is another way around this low currency conversion imposed by Paypal? Thanks in advance!

8800GT 512 vs 3870 512 vs 3850 512

Recently my 2 year old rig went kaput and am looking for a replacement with a price tag of 2k

AMD 64 X2 5200+ (RM400)
2x 1GB DDR800 (RM180)
MOBO (cheapest that fits into my proc and GC choice)(RM200?)
PSU (cheapest available)(RM200?)
HDD 160GB SATA (RM180)
Monitor (luckily not destroyed)
DVD-RW (luckily not destroyed)

and thus leaving me with around RM800 for a GC....im planning to use my PC for optimal gaming for at least 1 year
which would translate into playing latest games at 1280x1024 resolution or a step higher(1400x1050?) with high graphic settings if possible..

8800GT 512 vs 3870 512 vs 3850 512

the 3800 series supports directx10.1
if i were to choose 8800gt, i assume that i would still be able to play the latest games even if they start to use 10.1
and how big is the difference gonna be between directx10 and 10.1? hopefully the difference is negligible

which of these 3 graphic cards would u recommend to last till end of this year?

and

3870 512ddr4 vs 8800gt 512ddr3 which is better?
