Help needed to configure fortigate110C firewall

Hope all sifu here can help me or give some clues, recently my company have purchased a fortigate 110C
firewall and i have to do the setup. Before that we only use a dlink wireless router to connect to internet.

Now we have 2 separate internet connection, 1 with 14 static WAN IP ( Lets call it 14ISP) and 1 with only 1 static WAN IP ( Lets call it 1ISP). We have purchase another cisco router for the 14ISP connection

My local subnet would be 192.168.10.X/24
Wireless router IP would be 192.168.10.3

When i connect 14ISP to fortigate WAN1 port . I key in a static route as

IP/Mask Gateway Device Distance
0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0 XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX (IP address of my broadband router with public ip) wan1 10

When i connect 1ISP to fortigate WAN2 port. I key in static route as

IP/Mask Gateway Device Distance
0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0 192.168.10.3 wan2 10

My network interface :

switch 192.168.10.6 / 255.255.255.0
wan1 XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX/ 255.255.255.240
wan2 192.168.10.10 / 255.255.255.0

The problem is , i can connect to internet using WAN1 only , i can never connect to internet using wan2 . Any sifu here can offer help pls, appreciated..

Intel Q9550 overclock

Hi , i am newbies in overlocking, i have an intel Q9550 and pc667 value ram , i only manage to overclock to 3.4ghz(8.5X400),
i only change the FSB to 400 , all setting as default. What could be the reason that limit my processor to 3.4ghz only? It is because of
ram or i need to increase the vcore higher?

Recently i've change my graphic card to Powercolor ATI HD4870 . I try to watch movie on 2nd display fullscreen but everytime i switch to fullscreen on 2nd display it will jump back to my 1st display. I am using 22" LCD as my primary display and 37" LCD TV as my 2nd display. I am using extended mode. Before i change to this graphic card, i have no problem to watch video fullscreen on display , any sifu here can help pls??

As per topic, i have a cocker spaniel . It's been a year but the main problem is she don;t know how to poo at the right place.....she just poo at everywhere in my house..including my bed Everytime when found it , i will take her to the "crime scene" and punish her , i have to admit that i beat her pretty bad . Actually she knew that she has done something wrong but i think she just couldn't control herself. Whenever she done something wrong and i call her name, she will scare and hide, but if she done nothing wrong she will act as usual. And if i am around , she will purposely go into the cage and poo .So obviosly she knew where is the right place to poo but she just don't want to do that Somemore she like to play wif at shit at midnight where i was asleep , so the next morning when i wake up.......SHIT IS EVERYWHERE what else can i do to her? HELP!!!!!!

Seen so many articles, but still cannot get the right answer. Should i cut first then bulk or should i bulk first then cut. I want to good in shape but not a power lifter. I have joined fitness first 2 months ago and have lost 3kg of fat and gain 0.5 kg of protein. I just dun know why , if i am cutting i will lose fat and muscle, if i am bulking , i will gain fat and muscle too. so what should i do to gain muscle and lose fat and the same time?
