Multiple shipment via HSG to Malaysia

Hi,

I have bought several jeans for my friend and my personal use. But thinking of the RM500 tax for the item+shipment inclusive, I plan to do multiple shipment from my US address.

If let say - the worst case - both of the parcel arrive in the same day in Malaysia.. will the Kastam charge for both shipment, as if it is in a single box?

Actually I might able to save more on shipment if I combined all. But I afraid Kastam will ignore the actual price for the item that I bought though I have paypal evidence.

Let say I won a bid for a Levis jeans for USD10.. but Kastam will take the market price USD44.

Mac Mini look-alike desktop - need suggestion

Hi,

Currently I am try to find any Mac Mini looks like Intel based machine (efficient power usage, small and compact).

Planning to have
i7 processor
8GB RAM
500GB-1TB HDD (SATA?)
HDMI/VDI output for flat screen monitors

I already have Mac Mini 2009 but that one for my wife's use.. currently planning to buy another machine for me. Tried the new Mac Mini cart in their website but with such spec I could reach RM3-4K. Wondering if I use non Apple I could get a better deal.

A friend suggested Shuttle PC, but seem I heard that if any problem occured, the spare part is quite expensive.

Any suggestion? And perhaps anyone selling any alternative(compact desktop/mini tower) for Mac Mini?

Rooting SGS II (i9100G)

Hi all,

I just want to know if any of you actually succeeded rooted your SGS II i9100G .. since most of the tutorial online were on i9100 only. Both have different specs.

I found several postings on XDA but since I'm new to rooting thingy so I can't quite get it.

If it's CF_ROOT style, which one I have to use?

Mine is DZK11 (replaced after bricked in first attempt)
