Migrate from Unifi to Maxis

I've got an offer from Maxis broadband. Should I migrate from Unifi because I'm quite happy & satisfy with Unifi.

Maxis just launched Maxis One Prime which combined broadband and calls plan, a bit similar with Unifi & Webe.

But I"m afraid Maxis broadband reliability. .

Any advice?
Macbook Pro distorted sound

I'm sorry if this has been discussed before. I tried search related topic but cannot find.
My MacBook Pro retina early 2015 started producing distorted sound since last week. I never use high volume, most of the time I use earphone or wireless headphone. The mac is still under warranty. Anybody care to share similar issue and how it's been solved? Thanks

Sony KDL40NX803 vertical lines

I have an old Sony tv KDL NX803, it starts showing vertical lines since last year. I don't use it anymore because I bought another tv.
Anyway during its better day, this tv was outstanding.

I haven't brought it to any repair shop because there is no urgency. Anybody have any idea what's the problem here & is it worth it to repair?

Thanks guys

VDSL2 Vectoring by TM

I have just chatted with my friend from TM and he revealed that TM is now testing a new technology called VDSL2 Vectoring. With this new technology, existing copper cables throughout nationwide will be capable to reach 100 Mbps. This new technology has already taken place in Europe and US.

VDSL2 Vectoring is noise-canceling technology. It cuts out all of the noise, or interference, among the VDSL2 lines in a bundle. With no interference, every VDSL2 line can operate at peak speeds, as if it were the only line in the bundle.

So we are looking at new Streamyx plans with 30, 50 or even 100Mbps!

Car Amp for home subwoofer

My Boston Acoustic Soundware subwoofer went dead after three years of service. It seems that the speaker is still in working order but the amplifier is beyond repair.
I have no choice but to use a car amplifier to bring back the subwoofer to life. Amazingly it is much better than it used to be.
Any particular attention should I bear in mind to prevent its second death?[attachmentid=4225872]
