Vet put my dogs to slp without my consent

I went crazy today coming home for lunch realising my dog is gone. Then I found out when Im nt home my housemate called the vet to come over to my hse n inject my dog and puts her to slp. All I have with me is a receipt of RM80 charged by the vet for putting my dog to slp.

My hsemate dislikes my dog and withhout my consent the vet js puts her to slp.How can I sue him?

Pls help!!!!! Im going crazy....
