WiFi Antenna Extension Question

Hi, currently I have a wireless dual band router (TL-WDR4300) at home but my room is a little far away from the router and since the 5Ghz signal generally has bad range, thus it is unable to reach my room.

There is a ethernet port(rj45) built into my room's wall which tunnel all the way and come out to a place near my wireless router.
This makes me wondering if I can detach one of the antenna from the router, using cable extension to connect to the rj45 port which leads to my room, and reconnect the antenna there(which is in my room).

So, is this even possible? Is there RP-SMA to rj45 conversion or to usb conversion?

If it is not possible, can I do it the other way around? which put my usb wifi adapter near the router, and connect to my PC via the rj45 port tunneling. This would require rj45 to usb conversion.

2.4Ghz is pretty crowded in my area, and sometimes causing interference especially when I'm playing online game.
I know it is possible to just use a LAN connection from router to my PC but I try not to, to avoid electrical/thunder surging which might cause damage to my PC directly if it ever happened.

RCA(female) to 6.3mm(male)

if there isn't any, I would like to search for 3.5mm(male) to 2x6.3mm(male) cable.

want to buy a phone but doesn't know which phone is better, cause there is too much model and options.

my budget is RM 1k and below.
need:

1. wifi
2. bluetooth
3. touch screen
4. qwerty keys(virtual?)
5. 5.0 megapixel camera
6. got mini usb port, and 3.5mm audio port
7. mp3 player
8. support internet streaming
9. light and moderate small

not required to support many games, me seldom play phone games.
