Head Hunter's new tactic

Want to share a piece of info that i gathered lately.

I have been looking for new job through job agencies. Many head hunters start calling me after they got my info.

And when you tell any of these head hunters that you are going for interview at another company or thinking to accept an offer from another company, they will tell you one same thing:

"Oh...that XXX company, many people left that company wor. Not good to join. Come, try this company that I'm going to recommend you"

I got this from 4 head hunter companies, and the XXX company name is like a fill in the blank field, where they can just subsitute it with any name!

I seriously think this is a tactic that all of them do in order to get you interested in the job that they themselves recommend.

Anyone heard of a company call Atquest?

How's the working environment? Increment prospect?

Please define Chinaman company's benefits

Almost all people say that their company is like Chinaman company. Mind sharing how to define and what's their benefits like, is it really sucks?

Dental - how much per year (got or not)
Medical - how much per year
Insurance - how much per year
Optical - how much per year (really doubt that they have...hehe)
Annual Leave - how many days per year
Marriage Leave - got or not? How many days?
Maternity Leave - should be standard qua
Paternity Leave - got or not? How many days?
Project meals - got or not?
Office facilities - how is it? four plain wall?
Sports activities - got or not?
