Regarding to the House Loan document that need to be submitted, is it the whole copy of the Deed of Assignment only, or other type of document that has given by bank ?

Hi sifus, there was Change of Tenancy submitted by the Purchaser who has purchased my property unit, and caused my previous Close of Account being cancelled.

Currently, I still have the Deposit in my TNB account, usually how to request TNB to refund deposit to my bank account ?

Previously, I have applied Close of Account via MyTNB portal, but if this has been cancelled, will look into my bank account which has maintained in my TNB account ?

Tenant delayed to sign the tenancy agreement, and several reminder sent to tenant for the TNB outstanding, but tenant keep dragging, it was since last year November..

If I have 2 worksheets in the same Excel file and would like to use this formula, and the final result will put X mark on the relevant row, usually how to do it ?

Year 2015 Car, Original geran is with the Bank?

My car was bought on Year 2015 (December), my Hire Purchase loan is from Maybank, the Original geran is with the Bank site right?

Bank freeze the account

Just checked that my "Harimau" saving bank account has freeze by the bank.

Checked in the branch, say saving bank account got in and out quite frequent, but i dont agree as it just average 5 days has few transactions which around 1k, 2k, less than 1k.

They printed out the last transaction that i received, and highlighted it with highlighter, asking what is the purpose of this 2k, and source of fund.

Lastly, the investigation will be done by the HQ and see whether it able to unblock.

I mean, what would be their concern there to blocked my account ?

Purchased Affin Hwang fund via KWSP

Hi guys, few days ago I bought the Affin Hwang fund via KWSP.

Today when I wanna check the fund that I bought, I tried add the fund to my card and put an amount to check out,
after that, it brought me to Affin Hwang website and asking for account name and password, which I tried the logon credentials but doesn't work.

When I go to the https://iaccess.affinhwangam.com/ and tried to reset the password by inputting my email address which same as my KWSP logon, however it prompt the account does not exist.

Does anyone know how can I reset a new password for the logon to Affin Hwang ?

Regarding to the Cukai Tanah letter I received, I get confused whether I have to pay the RM 138 of amount, as it stated that pay after 31 MAY 2022, the amount will be RM 1.

I also never recall that I have paid this in this year.

Do you guys have any idea on what is the amount that I should pay for this ?

*Update: I have get my tenant to signed the Tenancy Agreement on 21st May 2022, and the Tenancy agreement is dated as 1st June 2022, and LHDN rejected with this reason ?

Good evening everyone, regarding to the Tenancy Agreement extension, if I want to do it myself instead of agent, what will be the process?

First step would be, I prepare the Tenancy Agreement and get tenant to sign it on every pages.
Second step would be, do I have to print the Tenancy Agreement in hardcopy and bring to LHDN to stamp it, or I can submit the softcopy online and get it stamped ?
Third step, if the rental fee is below rm1500, does it require to pay any fee for stamping ?

Hi guys, I just realized that I have filled up wrongly in my previous year BE Form.

I should fill up the (b) Other than pensionable public servant category since I am still working and has contribution to EPF.
