Gym With Trainer?

Hi everyone,

As per title, can recommend or share your personal experience of gym with trainer service?

My BMI is 33 now (obese obviously) and seeking to lose at least 20 - 25 kgs. Am looking for a decent gym with trainer guidance.

I have no experience in this hence would like to hear from anyone who knows about this and roughly what's the market rate to get a trainer too.

Hey guys,

I have a question. My property is now ready for key collection (VP). And I bought it with 2 names. It's me and another person, let's call "A".

So A decided to remove A's name and I agree with it too. What are the procedures like?

Before that the MLTA covers both our name, so I'll have to remove her name as well?

The SNP agreement is done by lawyer firm "B". It is necessary for me to engage "B" again to change name for the property or I can engage other lawyer firms to do it? Reason being some lawyer firms do offer a cheaper package.

And how about the bank? Since the mortgage loan have both names as well, I need someone to advise me how to do about it. Thank you!

Hi everyone,

I'm turning 30 next year and I have very basic to 0 knowledge in musical instrument.

I used to play trumpet, euphonium, trombone and chinese flute for 2 years. But that was 13 years ago. wow! I still remember the symbols for music scores but don't expect me to read it fast anymore. Never touch music scores for more than a century.

So people, do you think is it hard to start to learn piano at my age? I think the most challenging part is the fingering. Especially my left hand, alamak..

And what kind of piano or budget would you recommend for a starter?

I am planning to get a 2016 15.4" MBP. The question is since it is a 1 year old device and I went to the seller place, item is still sealed.

Correct me if I'm wrong, upon booting up and registering the MBP to my iCloud ID, I am still able to get 1 year warranty from Apple yes?

Tonight, she told me to let go of her.

My heart aches.. It feels like a thousand knives, slicing though the skin, crawling every possible way into my heart.
