My keyboard and mouse cannot detect

Helo guys,

I have a problem with my pc. i already search the internet for about a week but nothing can solve my problem. The problem is my pc cannot detect my keyboard and mouse. I also cannot enter BIOS because of this problem. I already try several different keyboard but come out with the same result. I try ps/2 port keyboard also cannot use. I try reset the motherboard by pull out the battery and use a jumper but the motherboard said cannot reset because the OC Genie is on. How i can to turn it off if i cannot enter the BIOS or is there any way that i can use to stop the OC Genie function.

Btw i use MSI Z77A-G43 motherboard. The motherboard still in warranty but the shop in Kedah. I dont have time to go there since i live in shah alam. So is there any shop that I can go to claim warranty or is there any MSI centre in KL?

HI i have problem with my build. It wont boot.when i turn the pc on after second it turn off then on then off and so on. If someone can help me i really appreciated it. If someone knows who or any shop that can trusted to repair around shah alam area or any place let me know. I just dont know what to do.
