Hi All,

I receive an attractive offer for a condo, but I heard that it under commercial classification of some sort ( I suppose this means the electricity rate is commercial Rate Tarrif B). It is stated that the commercial title will be changed to residential title at some point in the future. Is it possible?

Was wondering if there would be any impact on this sort of classification apart from electricity bills.
